Note:

  1. New brake pads should be fitted by a qualified technician and 'bedded in' correctly to achieve the best braking performance.
  2. The Disc Rotor should be inspected and replaced if damaged or worn.
  3. The Brake System [Master Cylinder and Caliper] should be cleaned, inspected and serviced with new Brake Fluid when fitting the new brake pads.
  • KTM:
    • EXC / SX / MX (125cc+): Primarily 2004–2021.
    • SX 50 / 65: Specific mini-motocross models from 2002–2023.
    • Larger Street/Dual Sport (640 Duke, 690 Supermoto): 2001–2018.
  • Husqvarna:
    • CR / WR / TC / TE Models: Generally 2005–2013 for older series and 2014–2020 for newer Brembo-equipped models.
