Shipping the item back to us is at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs when returning or receiving the item. You will only receive a refund for the cost of the item which does not include any shipping cost.
You should consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning the item. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item and will not process refunds if not received on our end.
We offer a 14-day refund policy. However, terms and conditions apply, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Secondly it must be returned in the original packaging with proof of invoice. Any gift cards/discount vouchers should be returned as well if applicable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us why before you return the item. We will not be able to process any refund/exchange if the item is damaged or not in original condition.
Once your item has been returned, the item will be inspected, and you will be notified by email that the item has been received. We will also notify you of approval/rejection of the refund/exchange via email. If your refund is approved, the amount will be transferred to your bank account within 3 to 7 days.
