Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

Shipping the item back to us is at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs when returning or receiving the item. You will only receive a refund for the cost of the item which does not include any shipping cost.

You should consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning the item. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item and will not process refunds if not received on our end.        

Refund/ Return Policy:

We offer a 14-day refund policy. However, terms and conditions apply, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Secondly it must be returned in the original packaging with proof of invoice. Any gift cards/discount vouchers should be returned as well if applicable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Gift cards are non-refundable. Personalised items with names or logos are non-refundable.

 

Please send us an email at sales@enduroworld.com.au quoting the order number and tell us why before you return the item.  We will not be able to process any refund/exchange if the item is damaged or not in original condition. Once your item has been returned, the item will be inspected, and you will be notified by email that the item has been received. We will also notify you of approval/rejection of the refund/exchange via email. If your refund is approved, the amount will be transferred to your bank account within 7 -14 days.

 

If you receive a faulty item, please click a photo quoting the order number to prove your claim and forward it to our email at sales@enduroworld.com.au. You have the choice to get a full refund of the amount paid or exchange the item in a reasonable amount of time. Refunding the amount back can generally take some time. Please check with your bank and if you still have not received your refund within 14 days send us an email at sales@enduroworld.com.au.

   

Order cancellation/ Order changes:

An order can be cancelled/ changed before the item is dispatched from our end. Send us a quick email at sales@enduroworld.com.au quoting the order number before the item has left from our end. You will receive an email advising that the item has been shipped. If the item has been shipped to you, you will need to accept the delivery and return the order back to us in accordance to our Refunds/ Return policy above.

 

Change of address

Please address this in the Subject line asap quoting the order number. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, we cannot process a refund. If the order is returned to us due to incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, you will be charged again for re-shipping.

 

Out of Stock:

If the item or colour you looking for is out of stock, please send us an email at sales@enduroworld.com.au so we can assist you.

 

Buy in bulk:

We offer special discounts on bulk purchases to our customers. If you would like more information on orders of 5 or more items send us an email to sales@enduroworld.com.au

Postage

  1. How long will I take to receive my item?

We post Monday to Friday. Once the payment is received, we will ship your item the same or the next business day. We do not post items on weekends and public holidays.

All items are posted from Sydney, NSW

  1. How do I pay for my item?

We accept bank deposits, Credit card via PayPal.

  1. Do I have to sign for my package?

Yes, a signature is required at delivery, this is to protect the buyer and the seller. If you are not present at home when the package arrives, it will be available for collection at your local postal office.

  1. Do we post international shipping?

Yes. Please write us an email to find out international shipping costs as they vary from country to country. Please note custom, import duties, vat fees, additional costs vary from country to country and it’s the buyer’s responsibility.
